By accessing and booking services through YOLO Wonders, you agree to the following terms:

1. Booking & Payments
All bookings are subject to availability and will be confirmed only after receipt of the required advance payment. Full payment must be made before the travel date as specified.

2. Pricing
All prices are quoted in INR (for domestic) or applicable currency (for international) and are subject to change due to airfare fluctuations, hotel rate changes, taxes, or other external factors before confirmation.

3. Cancellations & Refunds
Cancellation requests must be made in writing. Applicable charges will be deducted as per company and supplier policies. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed after such deductions.

4. Travel Documents
Guests are responsible for carrying valid government-issued ID for domestic travel and a valid passport (minimum 6 months validity) for international travel. Visa approval is subject to respective authorities.

5. Inclusions & Exclusions
Only services specifically mentioned in the package inclusions are covered. Expenses such as personal costs, insurance, visa fees, and taxes (unless stated) are excluded.

6. Itinerary Changes
YOLO Wonders reserves the right to modify travel plans due to weather conditions, operational requirements, or unforeseen circumstances.

7. Liability
YOLO Wonders acts solely as a travel facilitator and shall not be held liable for delays, cancellations, accidents, loss of belongings, natural disasters, or events beyond its control.

8. User Responsibility
Travelers must follow local laws, hotel policies, and ensure responsible behavior during the trip.

9. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by the laws of India, and any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Navi Mumbai.

10. Acceptance
